I love chillies, as a kid my mum would have a pantry stocked with all different chilli sauces, condiments, sambals, anything she could get her hands on from Chinatown runs. Birds eye chillies were cut up and steeped into soya sauce, every meal it would be on the table for drizzling over rice or noodles. She would smash it over rice and I would watch her face change to red and her eyes water. In my kid mind I was like this looks terrible, but she was on that capsaicin high. 
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree…Years later I became a Chef, I worked my ass off and realised that I needed a creative outlet, something to call my own. Andeez was born.

Using only the finest seasonal all natural Ingredients. We work closely with Chilli Farmers, Beekeepers and Artisans.
All Chillies we use are grown right here in Perth Western Australia.
